How to connect
- In CrewMobile, use its calendar option to add your schedule to your iPhone Calendar, or export it as an .ics file.
- In iFlight Pro, open Sched → Connect Schedule → Calendar and pick that calendar. For a file, tap the upload (↑) icon on Sched and choose the .ics file.
A synced calendar stays up to date on its own. A file needs a fresh upload after a schedule change; if you switch from a file to calendar sync, clear the old file under Sched → Update Schedule → Clear Imported Flights so trips don't show twice.
Correct times on every leg
CrewMobile writes each leg's departure and arrival in the local time of its airport. iFlight Pro reads those exactly, so a Las Vegas or Austin departure shows in Pacific or Central time, not your base's time zone.

Questions
Can I import a CrewMobile .ics file?
Yes. Tap the upload icon on the Sched tab and choose the file. Calendar sync is better for staying current, because it updates on its own.
My flights show twice. Why?
You probably have both an older imported file and calendar sync. Clear the imported file under Sched → Update Schedule → Clear Imported Flights.
